On September 26, 2024, the AfriquEurope project organized a Jean Monnet Policy Dialogue on

“EU-China-Africa Relations in a Changing World“

at the European Union Mission headquarters in Beijing, China. The event brought together distinguished academics from African, Chinese, and European universities and think tanks and diplomats from European and African embassies in China.

Participants engaged in a vivid debate on the shifting dynamics of the trilateral relationship, addressing key geopolitical, economic, and development issues. The lively discussions underscored the importance of enhanced cooperation and mutual understanding between the regions in an increasingly interconnected global landscape.
